The hibiscus flower is rich in vitamin C. It is made into delicious herbal teas, which many enjoy drinking cold, particularly refreshing. Tradition uses it for colds, circulatory problems and to stimulate the appetite.
 This one comes to us from Uzbekistan, via an Uzbek friend living in Vienna, who brought together 300 families to harvest and cultivate beautiful things. Organic, of course, and real fair trade.
